These terms cover Struans content, memberships, introductions and live events in this market.
Struans provides practical business information, playbooks, membership content, events, introductions and related services. Our material is general information designed to help people think and act more clearly; it is not tailored professional advice.
Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Struans is not authorised or regulated to provide investment advice or arrange investments. Obtain independent professional advice before acting.
We do not broker, arrange, negotiate or conclude investment transactions, act for either party in relation to an investment, or accept, hold or transmit client money or assets.
An introduction, guest list, event invitation or third-party mention is not an endorsement or recommendation. You remain responsible for your own due diligence, negotiations, documentation and regulatory compliance.
We do not guarantee fundraising, investment, revenue, introductions, meetings or any other commercial result. Examples, views and forward-looking statements are illustrative and outcomes may differ materially.
You are responsible for deciding whether a Struans product, membership, event or introduction is suitable for you and your jurisdiction, and for the decisions and actions you take as a result.
Unless stated otherwise, Struans owns its content and materials. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them. You must not copy, resell, publish, adapt, share access credentials or distribute them without written permission.
Membership access is personal and depends on payment remaining current. Monthly membership renews until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time. Annual membership runs for the annual term already paid for. We may update the format and content where the overall service remains substantially equivalent.
A ticket applies to the stated event and attendee. Unless we agree otherwise, travel, accommodation, visas, insurance and related costs are your responsibility. We may reasonably change the programme, speakers, venue or date, including where circumstances outside our control require it.
Payment is due before access to digital products, membership or events is provided. Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded or streamed it is non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise. Event tickets are non-refundable unless stated, but we may allow a transfer or date move at our discretion.
Treat other members and guests professionally and respect confidential or personal information. Attendee information is shared only where appropriate and permitted. We may remove anyone whose conduct risks the safety, privacy or experience of others, without refund where the removal follows a serious breach.
Third-party speakers and guests express their own views. Where a deferred fee is appropriate to reward a confirmed outcome between an investment firm and an allocator, we will negotiate a separate written agreement once both parties confirm the outcome is live. Any deferred fee is paid by the investment firm, never the allocator.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struans is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, business, data or opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except for liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
